The pool was great for the kids, but our room had uncomfortable beds. Convenient location near shops helped during our stay.

ideal highway access, proximity to shopping centers, complimentary beverage stations
The temperature control in the room was a struggle!!! A single elevator for all guests and staff wasted time during high occupancy, leading to awkward parking situations!!! Improve pool temperature and update the outdated facilities!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during my visit.
I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. the carpet was musty, and the overall atmosphere felt outdated. The breakfast options were subpar, featuring only stale cereal and old bagels. Additionally, the single elevator was frustratingly slow, requiring us to use the stairs often, which was inconvenient during peak hours.

The spacious room was perfect for hanging out, and we loved the easy access to shopping and attractions like Goodwood Family Golf Centre. The pool was a fun spot, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Don't miss out on signing up for their points program for additional savings!
The only downside was the breakfast area ran out of food quickly on busy mornings, especially during peak times. So, it might be better to grab breakfast early!

The room was clean and comfy with a spacious layout. Loved the large walk-in shower and the full-size shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast had decent gluten-free options, which is rare! However, a few things were off. The breakfast area was messy and needed some help. Plus, the overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit outdated. Not a total loss, but there are better choices around.

A cozy stay by the lake
